Re: FORM D Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities- wow looks like more money into BSGM via Neuroclear

Thanks I missed this Form D

Looks like this relates to the $2.6 million NeuroClear (neurology sub working with Mayo on neurology / nerve signals) announced in the 8K on August 5th.

From this it looks like they now have $3.260 million in cash in the door with probably $340k more coming soon - so total appears to be $3.6 million.

See my previous couple of posts on this board about the NeuroClear financing and why I agree with GAMer and see it as a rather large positive and why Mayo almost certainly has to be part of the nerve/neurology work with BSGM based upon previous public statements and slides.

Also remember this goes on BSGM balance sheet. So $3.6 million more without selling a share of BSGM and remember from the June 3 press release about the $4.6 million cash that came in the company said that they had more than a yrs cash even before this $3.6 million and the $1 million from Mayo

13. Offering and Sales Amounts

Total Offering Amount$3,600,000USD
or Indefinite
Total Amount Sold$3,260,000USD
Total Remaining to be Sold$340,000USD
or Indefinite
