Having done many IT platform installs, the real money is in the recurring software and support licensing. After the pain of the initial install, future upgrades are relatively minor in terms of new CapEx expense for the customer's company (not licensing, but the people hours needed to execute upgrades). And if the BSGM IT head plans things correctly, they should be quick, iterative improvements instead of major releases (think your Android phone updates versus the painful Windows 8 to 10, and most likely 10 to 11). Corporations hate the latter. Leasing and software updates should be mostly painless. If software update become painful, that could dissuade future customers.
