"The study is the work of the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation... Not judging whether these views or the paper are valid , just noting the source. Akin to evaluating a smoking study funded by Phillip Morris. There is always an agenda somewhere, major funding can buy a lot of xenophobia.
