Good data on both and don't mind being tied to Remdesivir or any other drugs but if mmpd gets approved which drug is likely to be used most often - Tablets or IV infusions
My understanding of Remdesivir as follows
Need 6 infusions so you go to hospital or infusion clinic 6 times/days.
Needs to be given early to prevent virus replication. Usually people are told to go home and isolate.
Didn't show survivability benefit.
Cost much too high for wide use in pandemic.
It was tried for ebola and failed. I noticed infusion time was scheduled tor 2 hours for ebola. Probably much shorter here but still quite time consuming.
