More accurately Ed still lending... at $0.2862!!!
 
IMHO it means that nothing definitive has happened behind the scenes yet, the company still needs cash flow north of ~100k/month, Ed's loans are providing this. They convert to common (eventually) at 28.62 cents. When we see him stop lending and the officers all  buy common on the open market we'll know it's about to rocket. (oh please, oh please :)
