RS I voted for the RS. I was disappointed that management's filing about the RS only discusses why it does no harm, but there was not a word about any good that they see coming from it, but nonetheless I voted for it. If PRH asks for it, and it does not do any evident harm, they sensible thing is to vote for it, IMO. PS I am still holding on to my PVCT shares, but I only check the board once in several months. |
