Never fear...there isn't a chance that SCOTUS will look at Culpable's case. They only want cases with Constitutional level issues, and primarily those where there are contradictory issues/decisions that have developed between the Circuit Courts. Run-of-the-mill theft/embezzlement cases by know-nothing CPA's are of no interest.
