I wouldn't be surprised Well, that was certainly a sizable, voluminous, 2 1/2 minutes drop a short time ago. Looks like one seller started the down wave and a few others might have joined in, perhaps stop-lossed out. Ratcheteers have been very quiet for a couple weeks, maybe somebody got tired of sitting on the sidelines and that's what started the tumble. But I wouldn't be surprised if that first seller was very disappointed that there has been no PR regarding yesterday's SMR advice to first authors about abstract acceptances. Which would strongly imply that PVCT is not presenting at either of the two major 2nd half conferences this year, notwithstanding PRH's recent active push into combo trials with PV-10 and checkpoint inhibitors (Vorlon has written extensively about this push). Is there no good data yet? Is everything moving too slowly? I mentioned this possibility to a friend who posts infrequently on Friday and he responded with an interesting suggestion. Is it at all possible, he asked, that a BP whose CI drug(s) is involved in one of these trials urged PRH to keep the combo data under wraps for the present time. I couldn't answer my friend. I don't know the answer. Some of you out there are far more knowledgeable regarding these things. But I wouldn't be surprised if my friend has a point. LT |
