Laurin_de, you are simply wrong. The "both sides treat their views as a religion" is nonsense. The climate crazies don't want to engage in scientific debate. There is a good reason for their behavior, atmospheric physics and the history of the Earth's climate show they are wrong.

There isn't a shred of data that shows CO2 drives climate. None. For good reason, a doubling of CO2 creates a forcing of 3 W/m^2. This is background noise and has no impact on surface temperatures.
The good news is that people are waking up to the scam.
Unfortunately, the push for an "Energy Transition" is inflicting huge costs on society. Solar and wind energy, which only exist because of massive government subsidies, are driving electricity prices through the roof while also making grids less stable. At the same time, they both have horrible environmental footprints.
It is sad to see such stupidity infect society.
