For every seller there is a buyer. In this case the sellers wanted to lighten their exposure and the buyers wanted to increase exposure, they bargained hard and decided on an acceptable price/valuation. I bough in 10 cents lower than the acceptable price, seems like a good deal for me, time will tell.
