Wilk, you are an opportunist.
But, IMO, taking an opportunity is not just seeing the things to be undervalued, and buying them with a hope that market will come to the same conclusion, and then re-value the stock accordingly.
Sometimes the opportunity is to see that things that are moving uphill are actually approaching a cliff... Like MEGEF today. It was one of only few stocks positive, with oil down and everything else down. Around 11 AM, I checked the news and volumes, and found no smell of any buyout. I sold it, as it kept moving up. The next time I checked, all the daily gains were gone. It closed down more than 2% from my selling price. I know, everyone is chasing doubles, so 2% was not something to brag about, but it was almost $500, and I decided to use it as an opportunity to claim my capital gain.
