General statements on completion costs leave a lot to be desired. Depending on the company costs can vary considerably and some of the better companies have far lower costs. Lots of factors come into play - contracts, who has the better technology, who is doing what in house etc.. Costs in general are going up. That much is true but how much is very company dependent. IMO
