Careful with these prognostications. I trade oil and NG futures and options, and I can assure you that no position has minimal risks. I have see the curve sell off violently with no news and no justification. I tend to agree that there is value in the strip, but newbies need to be careful with leverage. You can wipe your account and never get a good reason why.
