 The names that are closest to 52 week high are
 
SU, CJ, FRU and PEY
 
 
buyback helps but dividend rules.
 
BNE ~120mm FCF last year, or about 40% FCF yield.
 
20% payout ratio translates to 8% yield.
 
High reserve, low decline and low cost - trading at below 2x CF and 1/4th of its 1P value - like why?
 
Because no one out there thinks oil will stay high for another year.. let alone 5 - 6 years bull market that Eric often talk about.
