Re: ROK, YGR are growth companies. Who will care?Even OBE is growth not divvy/buy-back oriented. The market has been very clear in what it wants and what it rewards in price share rises. I think you can sit on ROK/YGR until your blue in the face before something truly spectacular happens. What is ROK's/YGR's endgame? I imagine corporate sales? ROK looks small and scattered. Who will buy it? YGR is Cardium focused (including around Willesden green), potential consolidation candidate? If not what will management do to significantly re-rate share price? That something's cheap doesn't mean it's value. If BNE was growth oriented and didn't have such a clear policy for returning capital through divvy I wouldn't be in the stock. R. |
