We aren’t going to see unemployment above 5% without a severe recession or millions more people choosing not to work. There are still millions of job openings with no workers in sight.
 
 
 
 
for some reason, "non-participation" seems to have 
 
become a more attractive economic option.
 
sooner or later, someone will have to try to
 
figure out why that is.
