Worth remembering that when, post the "computer glitch" snafu at the EIA, Gas Buddy numbers severely contradicted the EIA demand numbers. Presto, within a couple of days of the controversy, Gas Buddy announced they would no longer report national numbers (I think we can assume threats were made). Couple that with several refinery CEOs saying that they too, saw no demand falloff. Long story short, those numbers don't pass the I-95 eyeball test, with our recent experience driving from southeast Pa. to northern Va. IMO, we are being fed pure bull$hit, ahead of the midterms, and there is nothing we can do about it.
