Eventually the laws of physics will take over. I have been screaming about NG now for about a year, and NG prices have finally responded, because of the Ideal, or Real Gas, or even Boyle's law - take your pick. P1V1 = P2V2 this is really simple, without the volume injected, there is less volume in the storage reservoirs and less when you want to withdraw it. For oil it is even simpler; 1+1 = 2, or 1-1 = 0. You add barrels, and storage goes up, you subtract barrels and storage goes down. I think what is surprising the financially adept but math and physics challenged financial analysts is what those relationships mean in terms of pricing of energy.
The math and physics lessons are really taking hold, a drop in oil prices unless the economy tanks is just some noise in the data.
