  Given how few are watching the energy market anymore,  how few are invested it will be a surprise.  Nature of bear markets. 
 
  Have to say though Rozencwag are perpetual bulls.  Timing the move to a bull isn't possible, but it will happen, the very nature of cyclical industries.
