Fantazzini curves. Which one to consider? All data vintage or last month data vintage? Only one should be names"corrected"

I am still at a loss in understanding Fantazzini curves in spite of having gone to his site to try to understand! I must be a bit stupid!
Having 2 curves called corrected data is a bad start!\We just need one true corrected data set!
Which one is that?
May be the red line should be called "Estimated production from last month data vintage.
And keep the name "Corrected production estimated from all data vintage to the blue line.
Would be so much easier to realize that we need to look only at the blue line and the red line is just useful for those people who want to dig deeper in the methodology.
