On February 13th China revised by adding 13,332 "Clinically diagnosed but unconfirmed" to their confirmed-case tally. This was when test kits were in short supply. Subsequently those folks have begun to be tested, and upon being tested as negative have been deducted from new confirmed cases (where they were improperly counted as confirmed on human opinion). The discard process has not yet ended, as noted in my posts. -Rob |
