Re: Ok, do your tallies, clean up around your desk and go home. Last one out, shut off the lights. Where's the leek, celeriac and sunchokes? I've given up adding heavy cream and just add creme fraiche. I've got a thing going with shredded smoked chicken lately, so that goes in everything. I actually kind of started the broccoli soup... I took some stock out of the freezer. Does that count? Have you ever used Aleppo flakes? Nice flavour and heat, but more mellow than Thai. Hey, he claims to like to clean and I claim to like to cook, so it's a good division of labor. And no one touches my underwear drawer. You guys all have cooties, anyway. |
