In the following one-minute video, you will see how to move unwanted messages from your main inbox page to your trash folder, and then how to empty the trash folder. You can select one or more messages, up to a full page, and move these to the trash folder. Then click the "Empty Trash" button and you're done.
Just click the play button in the center of the video box below. Then for easier viewing you can click the "Full Screen" icon in the lower right hand corner of the viewing box. This will cause the video to fill up your entire screen. To get back to the regular view, click the "exit full screen" icon which now appears in the lower right hand corner (having replaced the full screen icon).
The video below does not currently have any annotations or narration, so viewing it in full screen is a really good idea.
