Re: Colombia: 81 road blockades in the month of January 2023 It took a while to find this.... Folks were blocking the road because they wanted it to be paved as apparently Ecopetrol had already promised. If true, that reminds me of some of the opposition to fracked shale gas in NE USA. The truck traffic would create clouds of dust and huge potholes. |
