The good old days of Murray Pezim, Nelson Skalbania, Alan Brimacombe - and a whole cast of assorted high flying promoters and scoundrels. (My mind draws a blank these days concerning all the diverse stock brokers of infamy and legend in the past Calgary and Vancouver glory days.)

 

The guys who perfected the careless whisper that would richocet around town and turn paupers into millionaires and millionaires into paupers.

 

But alas - the VSA and ASE combined forces and the got subsumed into the TSE Venture corral.

 

My Vancouver brother in law (now passed) used to run money for some of these high flyers - he was not someone to mess with...
