Re: PXT updateYup. Completely hamstrings upside with rising oil. They could increase the payout yield substantially (even triple it I think) without accumulating debt and while funding capex for a small production growth, but they have very little leverage to rising oil. The political risk is outweighing my desire to own one of the best run oily E&Ps around. Wiggling |
