Something I invested inThis site used to be about sharing investment opportunities. About a month ago, I bought pre-IPO into a company that sells floor bracing. The IPO is going to be for 25 cents. The current opportunity is to buy convertible warrants for 10 cents. It is my understanding that they need a certain number of shareholders before they can go public. So they want to raise the main capital from the IPO but they are offering these warrants to increase the number of shareholders. This crowdfunding (I think that is what it is called) link is to sign up for the dime warrants. You can subscribe at a minimum of $100 and max of $1500. (My investment is more than that but not an order of magnitude more). I am offering no opinion on the actual investment. You can (and should) do your own due diligence. I hope the people on this board know that these things can and often go to zero. If they come out and drop to 20 cents (totally hypothetical number) you double because you got in at a dime. Like I said, implied, or think I implied, I invested a smallish amount in this a month ago. I did it before the crowdfunding, so mine are not included in the tally shown. I never mentioned it because I do not want to imply any merit to the investment. I am mentioning it now simply because this site used to be active and people offered ideas they knew about. I know about this one, so I am sharing. Some other guy that has not posted here for at least a decade also bought some. Again this is not an endorsement of any kind and I did not do a lot of due diligence. It would be nice to have some ideas here again. Cheers Pookie Mahdis |
