Re: Words of wisdomI am going to give myself one mulligan because going cold turkey in not responding to utter delusional babble is too much, lol. I am back on the bandwagon after this post. "If Merck was selling because they new something, why didn't they keep selling in November and December at the same prices they had already sold?" There are so many delusional posts about Ares and Merck by the clueless one at the end of last year. Let's review a few: During a pause in selling of the Merck convertible shares, DumbDumb wrote in post #45927, "Here is a potential reason for no recent ARE's sales. They have suspended the plan as they are negotiating with Precigen on PRGN-5001 and 5002 as a next generation replacement for their discontinued checkpoint. Glaxo may also be interested." To explain the weakness in share price of Precigen, DumbDumb wrote in post #47325, "Assuming ARE's has been in the process since 13 October of selling their remaining +20 million shares of Precigen, when should we expect them to make their next SEC report." Continuing with his claim that Merck was liquidating their 20 million remaining shares, DumbDumb wrote in post #47404, "Still expect Merck to disclose under 5% soon." In response to my post, #47357 which said, "This thread is another example of why i have a hard time believing Dumbwood ever managed other people's money. But i digress... first off who says that Merck is selling any of their remaining shares after they terminated their 10b5-1 on Oct 13th after unloading an amount of shares equal to their convertible minus 7033 shares... because the stock price has sold off from 5.50 to the current levels, the reason of the pps decline must be that Ares is still selling and not other factors such as tax loss or index selling, etc.... So let me get this straight... It took Ares 5.5 months to unload just over 6.7M shares but now that they are under the requirement to report any daily sells, the company has been unloading at an unprecedented rate in order to get under 5%... newsflash, Ares needs to dump approx 10M shares to get under 5% ownership. Another newsflash, on most trading days over the past 2 months the equity of Precigen traded around or less than 1 million shares a day. Absolute total nonsense just as the narrative that Merck is pissed off at Precigen and is selling their shares in retaliation." DumbDumb responded in post #47360, " Mabel You can stay uninformed and argue against the world if you like. Clearly Merck began selling more aggressively after 6 months of selling through the plan. One clue was they terminated the plan as opposed to allowing it to come to its natural conclusion." Let's move on because at the heart of DumbDumb's post is how everyone in the world is clueless except for him. So who is clueless... 1) CEO's - "CEO's are running their businesses and for many reasons are not aware of competing technologies." 2) Board members - "Board members are even more clueless and typically only represent the mind set of the company." 3) Are we talking about the only leader of Cisco , John Chambers, who lead the company for 20 years - "The early, long time leader of Cisco was totally clueless about alternative technologies to the point that he he didn't even recognize their names" 4)Lawrence Cooper - "Cooper who used to be highly credited refused the keys to the kingdom(ULTRACART) when it was offered to him free on a silver platter from Helen." All this citing of cluelessness and its reasons by DumbDumb to get to his main point, "The reason that partnerships are sometimes so delayed is because the CEO's are clueless until they read about something big in the newspapers." After reading DumbDumb's post, it kind of makes you wonder why he is even invested in Precigen or any other company...I can only come to one possible answer... He has to be a fool because only a fool would invest money into a company run by the clueless. Every one is clueless and does not understand says the guy that has been wrong on every prediction and is a bag holder to the tune of over 95% losses for over 6 plus years. The mind of the delusional. Seek help from a neurologist. |
