Re: wbathurs - other properties and exploration, and the real value of CCH - Mexican NSR's and Royalty(from the 20-F) 2001, Campbell enters option agreement with Queenstake to sell Sotula (Santa Gertrudis Property) to Queenstake Resources. Actioned January 2002. Campbell to receive: 1. Up to US $2M dependant on future events (triggered on price of gold) a. 2002: Campbell receives US $ 150K (978,500 Queenstake shares subsequently sold for CAD $430K b. 2003: Campbell receives US $1.65M ($1.492M CAD with remainder in Queenstake shares) 2. 1% NSR all future production 3. 1/3 share of any proceeds from Queenstakes sale of Sotula 2002, Campbell sells Recursos Esconditos (Roca Roja Property) to International Coromandel Resources Campbell receives: 1. 50K shares of Coromandel 2. 1% NSR 3. Royalty of US $0.10 per ton of ore mined up to US $2M 2002, Queenstake sells Santa Gertrudis Property to Coromandel (ICD.TSX): Campbell receives 1/3 share of proceeds by: 1. 120,769 shares of Coromandel 2. 2/3% NSR on Santa Gertrudis Property (Queenstake actually received 2% NSR. I believe the shares were worth about a dime at the time – confusing because of the name change to Sonora Gold Corp) I would guess that the 2/3% NSR when Queenstake sold the Santa Gertrudis property would over-ride the original 1% NSR promised when the property was purchased from Campbell IMHO Coromandel subsequently changed its name to Sonora Gold (SGG on the TSX and trades for $0.85). They just signed an agreement with Deal Capital Ltd to sell the Santa Gertrudis Property.(Sedar) GLTA sp1
