The best data is probably the clinical trial data and I don't imagine they ever put a csv file up on their website with per-patient prognostic and treatment data along with predicted and observed survival? LOL. There would have been plenty of people with interest to help them analyze it but little changed since 2007 when, AFAICT from the transcript, IIRC Nichole tried to shout down Mule over a related issue. I hate to keep repeating the same seemingly trivial pieces of history, like Small missing his plane, but they are probably typical of a larger pattern.
So it seems a consensus is emerging the docs were stuck trying to figure out who to give it to. This is where answers to the questions created from the 2007 meeting would have helped. The FDA is just supposed to weed out futile products, and as a side effect raise questions likely to matter to customers. In this case it did that about right but DNDN still had to answer the questions.
