 Docs stil have to sign the credit appication and put up personal or practice assets, so for the small community physician practices thats a big barrier. That precludes many of them from using provenge. Only 470 practices have prescribed yet over 900 have been approved? That tells me that logistics and reimbursement is still an issue.
