I am super busy right now so maybe something was said about this but just in case I want to put it out there.
<<"A Thomson Reuters analysis of securities filings confirmed her former firm has not held any positions in Dendreon.">>
Marie Huber wrote this on her November 2008 resume:
EXPERIENCE – Asset ManagementP. Schoenfeld Asset Management, New York, NY (Jan 2007 – present)
Portfolio Manager, Biotech Independently run a long-short biotech equity portfolio within a $3bn multi-strategy hedge fund. Assets managed have ranged from $200m-$500m depending on the opportunities available. Employ hedging and options strategies to control risk and enhance returns. Larger (>5%) positions are taken where an opportunity is identified for the unlocking of significant value through active intervention at either the board or senior executive level.
Note: January '07 to present. Present is either Jan 2011 (on her March 2012 resume) or March 2011 (on her January 2012 resume).
So during January 2007 and January or March 2011, did P. Schoenfeld Asset Management, New York, NY, her former firm, hold any positions in Dendreon?
I didn't have time to do a thorough search, but a Google search of "P. Schoenfeld + DNDN + SEC" produces these two:
Searching for DNDN in these documents show Reuters statement is not true.
