From a DJ newswire I say today Leerink is forecasting $1.6 billion for 2014 (can not provide link).

One comment I have never seen such a bunch of inpatient nellies in my whole life as on this board. It has been 5 years since 9901 results were released and now you want things completed in days. You guys expected way too much news out of today. All this stuff takes time to develop. They did a good job.
