ObamaCare and the Supreme Court The Supreme Court will present its ruling on ObamaCare any day. I'm expecting that the individual mandate will be found to be unconstitutional, thus making the entire act unenforceable. This ruling will be the most profound court decision of my lifetime. If ObamaCare is found constitutional, that means the Federal Government can make me buy anything deemed to be good for the country, or for me, or for any reason, rational or not. Mayor Bloomberg on steroids. Our Individual Freedoms, a principal reason for the existence of the United States, will be compromised.
