memory serves, there was at one time a reputed $700 million settlement offer from Apple on the table which was summarily rejected by Kendall Larsen. What would that have done for the share price if it was accepted, not to mention VHC's visibility and credibility, and ridding itself of the distraction, expense, and uncertainty of ongoing litigation and IPR filings? Would VHC have been in a better negotiating position with Microsoft with several hundred million in the bank, and make companies more amenable to licensing?
Spilled milk, and maybe as Ming says, in the fullness of time we may be even more handsomely compensated for our long suffering patience and preserverance, but Ming still resides in his box fondling his certs when he might now be fondling his CDs.
