Maybe they ought to forget trying to figure an acceptable per-device-percentage, and after they get Gabriel going they can show that the market is willing to pay $1-2-3 (or whatever) per month per domain name and they can then point out that Apple has been giving it (Apple ID) away for free (screwing both VHC and their partners)--so VHC should be paid $1-2-3 (or whatever) per month per user, and treble for willfully infringing. After all, the real infringing is really the process of the secure domain name look-up and connection (you know, the failed work-around that Apple tried)---not the interface software in the phone or computer.
