And what if your property is stock in a company, or really, what if your property is a patent portfolio? But what Judge Newman is really pointing out is how the CAFC is abdicating their responsibility and ownership of judicial decisions to an administrative body. It's pathetic. I don't know what's behind it; if people are actually for sale or what, but it is a true shame as others have said. Let's hope justice prevails in some measure. Opa
