"Can someone, please just plot out the time frame of what should be the next binary events? en banc - eta?"
Some have posted how many day the judges have to review and vote on whether to grant en banc. Then, as I understand (not always a sure thing) the hearing and opinion is pretty much whenever they feel they are ready.
"How much time left for KL to produce a license?"
Pardon me, but are you serious? There is no time limit for KL to produce a license. It will take as long as it takes.
"Side question...if KL stated this was not a legally based company (not his exact quote, I confess), why file the en banc when so many thought Apple would do so..."
What the hell do you mean that this was not a legally based company? Here's a question for you. Are you an idiot? As to your second question of why file the en banc and not Apple---Apple got an undeserved partial victory, so why would they want to jeopardize that and come away worse off other than to prolong the fight. VHC filed, again, because Apple came away with an undeserved victory. The worst that can happen is that the ruling stands and it goes to the Supremes. The best that can happen is that the en banc results in reversing those two idiot judges, who likely overstepped their authority, and affirms the ruling of HJD. If Apple appeals to the Supremes it will likely be denied.
I wish Blue would put a message next to the post button ---"Please, feel free to post over, and over, and over again really stupid questions."
