It seems that Apple has no fear in furthering their infringements (re: Ming’s recent posting).
Is it possible they are moving toward a legal stance, such as poorly illustrated below?
“Your Honor, what VHC is suing for, if granted, would cause us to undo the daily-use tools of billions of people. These billions of people would be made to suffer severe disruption to fully established, day-to-day business and social practices. This outcome is being driven by a company which purchased the certain technologies, and their associated patents (which have been under constant challenge in our judicial system). This company has had little to no success in marketing their technology as a product. It appears they exist solely to litigate such patents.”
Just asking if something along these lines is even feasible.
