I had scheduled calls with the previous IR representative prior to and after announcements. I was always extended the courtesy of notification that he was unable to speak and thus the call rescheduled. When I call the new rep at 8:00am PST and it appears as though she just woke up Central Time with a "I'll call you back in a few hours" it doesn't sit well. Especially when I need to reschedule meetings to make myself available.
Nothing more than professional courtesy. Yesterday's attempt was my last as I will be using other channels going forward.
P.S. I have not/would not be attempting to gain confidential information. I honestly don't think they know enough about their own client.
