Re: Failure by the Legal TeamI'm pretty sure IDCC said at their last conference call (or a very recent conference call) that they are periodically checking on the status of the appeal.
I'm still of the opinion the CAFC is going to send the case back to the ITC (win for IDCC), possibly with instructions to combine with the newer ITC case, or at least re-issue with new calim construction, taking into account subsequent PTO decisions regarding the affected patents/claims (BIG win for IDCC).
