One can not 'substantiate' that statement because it is NOT true. Rob wrote "I don't see a FAQ." The board voted NOT to have one - and probably with good reason - there are a lot of MLP primers prepared by the analysts at several brokerages. I tried to do something close to an FAQ on the EPD at Yahoo.
