Bought CBL & SKTOn all the bad press retail REITs are getting, I decided it was time to get in. Bought a 3% position in SKT, and a speculative <1% position in CBL. Had been thinking about SKT for over a year, as one of the better run retail REITs. My portfolio needed more sector diversification. Also added 3% position in AFSI & AFSI-E (1.5% in each). Another bad news story. |
