This plan will work- there's only one fly in the ointment- as soon as eminent domain is to be used against the banksters, the courts will suddenly find that it's not constitutional. It's OK to steal property from individuals using eminent domain when some homeowner is in the midst of an area that the big boys want to build a parking lot on for a mega-mall, but to take from the banksters using eminent domain, never happen.
