welcome back gator....seems like yesterday...anyway others will fill in details...but right now there seems to be an election lull ....amazing how they do it in png...ballot boxes being hijacked only to be returned hrs later stuffed full of fake ballots...one canditate running around with his m-16 threatening to shoot anyone that voted against him...etc etc. reports today though sound like things are now proceeding smoothly...
