Re: priceMy basis is almost negative, a few more dividends and all the stock will be profit. If I sold the run and bought the dips I'd be broke. If I was frightened out on every dip I'd be broke. Investing requires patience. It is boring. If you watch your stocks like watching a clock, you can't be a patient investor. Warren Buffet would tell you to pay attention if the reasons you bought the stock are still true like the day you bought it. If it is, then continue to own it. If not, sell it and find another investment that fits your need. Good enough for Warren, good enough for me. If you dislike the company because the stock doesn't move the way you want, sell it. If you like management, the balance sheet, the product line, then I'm wondering why complain? If you don't like these things, I wonder why own it? This is about as kindly as I can say stop crying like a little girl when it moves in fits and spurts. |
