The top 1%I always love to see the people build houses. "This Old House" "Grand Designs" "Restoration Home" and many other related shows and videos. One things you will find out again and again is if everything working, planning and manage well by the owners, they rip the reward, if not, their delay and mistake become the reward of others. At the end this beautiful house will go to other people. I was watching one of the video and saw a steel frame work shop owner. Who is in a cold, dirty factory, on his knees and wielding. I suddenly feel upset. Over the years, I saw those hard working people, contractors, engineers, builders, window, wall, floor, and many many hard working peoples with their special skills and knowledge, these middle class, hard working, main stream labor force are become the "forgotten" group of people. Paying taxes, with minimum days off, no protection from illness. Statistically, in order to become the top 1%, your net worth need to be around $8.5 million. To be included in top 4%, you need $2.5 million. I think you can also include doctors and attorney in the middle class with this number. The top 1%, majority are those with financial skill. What I hate the most is those finance guys like, Ican or Ackman and others, taking advantage of those companies' whose CEOs lack of financial skills to manage but want to manage companies, causing those people who were working for him become slave worker. For whoever want to manage, you are not just responsible for your own wealth. You are responsible for those hard working people, not working for you but working with you. The one like Water Scott Jr, a builder put his engineer in work adding his financial ability protected and crated wealth for those hard working engineers and workers. Don't dig your head in the sand, learn financial skills or hire one, make your company value properly so those corporate raiders cannot take away the result of those hard working employees. Level 3 is a 21st century network with the effort of so many hard working engineers, who own LVLT? just go check our 13F, you will find out. Institutions own 103%. Hard working employees owns negative. |
