1. When will you people learn?
Crowe's game has always been about the future.
It is NEVER about results.
And there is a sound reason for this: fraud can NEVER be premised on future events.
2. I glanced at the annual report and proxy.
LVLT lost (that means NO profit) $6.03 per share in 2011, $5.61 in 2010 and $5.73 in 2009. That was ex discontinued ops.
Crowe got a $4,0000,000 bonus for increasing the loss per share.
The whole comp committee and "independent" comp analyst report was just a scam. Probably spent $200k of s/h money on that exercise.
LVLT has accomplished the following:
1. Stayed out of BK.
2. Built a big network.
3. Vaporized billions in capital.
4. Paid Crowe and his buddies millions for losing billions.
