WFC - is it still worth investing in; as the best of breedDoes WFC at current prices represent good value?? Is it already fully valued, and other major banks represent better returns for growth investors?? There is no doubt the current WFC management team represent the best in breed team. The current share price represents current fair value. But there is not too much room to grow. Whereas the other majors still have plenty of air above current P/TBV in which to grow. WFC 2.2 BOA 1.1 JPMC 1.4 CITI 0.91 Analysts expect WFC to grow EPS at high single digits; whereas the rest are expected to grow EPS around 15-20% in 2016 and 2017. Current dividend of 1.40USD and total yield of 2.56% is not that shabby. So I for one, will remain with WFC, even if the growth is slow but steady. When interest rates move up, as they inevitably will do; then WFC will accelerate growth and returns. |
