CMO, NLY, and other secured leveraged bond funds and the like. NLY owns AAA bonds and uses short cash to borrow agasint it. Witht he yield curve flat the margins are very skinny. If they return to deflation of 2000 they will explode to 2-3%. Now NLY feels they can get .60%. So that is3-4 fold.
